Baby Ballard Shower

You know how it's so fun when people get pregnant and have babies? Well it's 100 times funner when that person is your best friend and you get the honor of hosting the baby shower! BrookeAnn thank you for letting me and Jessica host this party for you! I had way to much fun :)

Ahoy it's a boy!

Now Baby Ballard if you'd just hurry up and get here already so I can spoil you some more 😉

And... We're back.

Wow. Has it really been that long since I've posted? Where does the time go? I've definitely been a slacker. One thing is fo sho though.

Life is Crazy. Will a capital C.

Trying to get Ky done with college (he will graduate in May) he's currently teaching at Box Elder and absolutely loves it! I've recently been put in Young Women's and that's also taken quite a bit of time. We wouldn't change this for anything go, and even though I hardly do see my husband.. I know this is what needs to happen. Good thing it's not forever. Phew!

So for my birthday I really really really  wanted updated pictures of me and Ky. I mean hello, Im not a blonde anymore! So Kyler made it happen, and thank goodness we have the connections because Jana did such a great job. Hope you enjoy these pictures as much as I did :)

bacon, egg & cheese roll ups.

recipe time! This past week I decided to try something new for breakfast for my sweet hubby. If any of you know him... He loves breakfast. So I knew I had to come up with something. These breakfast roll ups were so easy! And might a say a big huge hit with the boss. And I really had so much fun making them.

Ingredients:

2 packages of 8 count croissant rolls.
Bacon bits or pieces.
Cheese
7 eggs cooked and scrambled.

Directions:

Unroll croissants onto large ungreased cookie sheet.
Place a spoonful of scrambled eggs, a couple of pieces of bacon and a little bit of shredded cheese onto the bigger side of the unrolled croissant.

(I like these bacon peices because I don't have to cook actual bacon and it's 1/2 the fat!)

Roll up each croissant starting at the wide end and ending at the narrow end of the croissant.

Bake at 375 degrees for 11-13 minutes or until croissants are light golden brown.

And enjoy :)
